Growing in Grace
We are blessed to have a thriving group of parishioners, age 50+, who meet monthly to discuss life topics, purpose, and faith. We would love to have you join us!
NEXT EVENT:
Ring in the New Year with Kintsugi
Saturday, January 18 | Hospitality - 9:30 a.m. | Program - 10:00 a.m.
As we step into 2025, we can look forward to celebrating the beauty of nourishing our minds, bodies and spirits using the Japanese art and philosophy of kintsugi (keen tsu gee). As one brings cracked vessels back to life, kintsugi is the self-care we all need and deserve. It is applied to vessels that are not just broken, but beloved. The finished product is more beautiful than it was before. Let’s all experience this profound art and philosophy together as we learn how we have filled our cracks by putting ourselves back together making us stronger, tougher, more resilient. Kintsugi reminds us of what is important and grounds us in the present while honoring the past. All those age 50+ are invited to join us for our January workshop. Come with an open heart. All supplies will be provided.
